Laura Sinclair is the founder of Laura Sinclair Homes.

She has successfully helped hundreds of clients and established lasting relationships since becoming a real estate agent in 2018. Her career started in new construction sales working for a reputable builder and then she moved on to work in resale. Her strong intrapersonal skills enable her to work well in any atmosphere and with all types of people. Her strong work ethic, high standards for excellence and critical attention to detail, are unsurpassed. Clients work with her because she is compassionate, has a simple yet effective approach and she’s genuine.

Laura’s clientele trusts her because she’s honest and she believes in a “people-first” culture. She’s built a career centered on customer service and there is a sense of urgency when her clients’ needs arise. Strong negotiation skills are a must in this industry and Laura portrays that with every transaction. She sets the right expectation with buyers and sellers through her dedication and local market knowledge. Plus, she will go the extra mile with enthusiasm to help her clients.

Originally from Illinois, Laura moved to Washington in 1994 when her family relocated for a new job. She lives a very active lifestyle, from snowboarding, running, working out, kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling, camping, playing corn-hole and she also enjoys relaxing on the beach. She loves her dog and enjoys taking her on walks and letting her run around at the dog park.
